Who we are
Swooshi is made by Patryk Juniszewski (the “controller” under the GDPR). Contact: contact@swooshi.app.
What the app keeps on your device
Your progress (boards opened, best score, coins, unlocked decks) and settings (language, sound, background) are stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive them, and there is no account or sign-up. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent first through Google’s consent form; personalised ads are shown only if you agree, otherwise ads are non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the app menu. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases (Apple, Google and RevenueCat)
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. To confirm and restore purchases the app uses RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous app user identifier, the purchase receipt and basic device and app information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
What we do not do
- We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or photos.
- We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services of our own.
- We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Personalised advertising relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); non-personalised ads and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f)); purchase validation is necessary to provide what you bought (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Children
Swooshi is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). As we hold no personal data on our side, requests about ad or purchase data are passed to Google or RevenueCat. Write to contact@swooshi.app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
